I found !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! on Craigslist with the price of $1 in the title. So I figured I should offer double his asking price to ensure it was mine. So that’s what I did.

I wonder what he’s going to say to that. If you were curious, I got a google number for the sole purpose of unnecessary car shopping.

I confused as to his asking price. I assume it’s only $1, so I thought that $2 more than fair. I did see that he had $1200 in the add, I can only assume that he’s gonna pay me $1200 if I pick it up.

At least this one says “obo”. I found a “firm” one the other day that was listed at $1. I don’t even remember now what kind of car it was or the price in the description, just that it was a lot more than $1, “firm” . Flagged it without hesitation.

I hate these shenanigans. For this reason, I filter price out - price must be at least $50 and no more than 50k.... because lets face it. Used Deusenberg should cost somewhere in that range. No AC, No power anything. Not even a cas sette player. Drum brakes I am guessing.

It’s especially annoying when you are looking for a car in a particular budget, say under 12k. and some one has their 40,000 dollar car listed for 1 dollar, or worse when they only put in how many thousands that year. So say They want 25 and they just put in 25.   WHAT IS TYPING OUT 3 MORE ZEROS TOO HARD FOR YOU?

Can you really get cigs that cheap any more? I work at a gas station and the cheapest one we sell is like 6 bucks a pack. Altho that can vary a lot by state. I know in Iowa cigs were way cheaper but booze is more expensive. My cousin from Iowa always stocks up on liquor when they visit
